(1) The cellphone is a false world. (2) It can be destroyed immediately. (3) Throw all the phones away. (4) Use all your senses to deal with what you see
But you won't.
Ask a homeless person if they have a cellphone?
Most do, which illuminates a truth . . . Our entire society clearly relies on cellphones for basic subsistence. To access money and services; to find a bed at a homeless shelter. Undoubtably, the homeless person without a cellphone is in most dire need.
It’s not the phone part
It’s the access the phone provides to the basic services that sustain life
And it’s the fact that many of these basic services are no longer available to those without a phone
How did we get here?
Clearly it was through the phone
You must not believe that everything you see at the end of your nose is truth . . .
. . . otherwise you’ll believe anything you see at the end of your nose
Voila . . . the Internet
All the other senses taken out of the equation
Only the eyes are required
The eyes see whatever the Internet wants them to see
All extraordinarily doctored and distorted
The single eye
We are not rising to Aquarius
We are running into hell
The Internet convinces us we are climbing out of a dark age
When, in fact, we run towards it
The cellphone serves the flesh
For those who know only the flesh
The cellphone is a wild carnival
One that the flesh cannot leave
A concentration camp
Inferno
A world that provides two essential outlets for the raging reprobate mind:
(1) Validation
(2) Revenge
While we may walk through Inferno well-protected by a Greater Guide, as Dante showed, equally, Inferno clearly shows the horrors that befall those without such a Grace.
